Gift Aid Declaration

If you are a UK taxpayer, a Gift Aid Declaration allows EAB to reclaim tax on your gifts and subscriptions, at no extra cost to yourself.

You can use this form (below) to send an online Gift Aid declaration to EAB.

Please complete the declaration below with your

full name (as it is known to the HM Revenue and Customs), and
postal address (including postcode),

then click the [Send] button to forward it to us.

Please notify EAB if you:

want to cancel this declaration,
change your name or home address,
no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you as well, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
